Sandra K. Ehrich
Sandra K. Inkster Ehrich is a native of South Sioux City, Nebraska. Sandy graduated from the University of Nebraska-College of Law in 1973, and served as Associate County Judge in Dakota County, Nebraska. Sandy was admitted in 1973 to practice law in Nebraska, and in 1984, to practice law in Iowa. She has served as President of the Dakota County Bar Association and currently serves as its Scholarship Chair. Her general practice of law includes, but is not limited to: Wills, Trusts, Probate, Elder Law, Wealth Management, Adoptions, Corporate/Business formations and Real Estate.

Sandy has remained active in community and civic activities. She served as the first woman Chair of the Board of Directors of the South Sioux Area Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chaired the South Sioux City Centennial Celebration in 1987. She served on both steering committees for the Elementary and Junior/Senior High School bond issues, and was the recipient of the Founder's Day Award. Sandy is a member of the Quota Club of Sioux City and American Business Women's Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the TeamMates mentoring program. Sandy was the recipient of the 2007 "Women of Excellence" award in the category of "Women Striving to Improve the Quality of Life."
Public Offices Held: Sandy was elected to serve on the South Sioux City Council in 2002 and re-elected in 2006, then elected as President of the Council. In 2008, Sandy was sworn in as the first woman Mayor of South Sioux City, with her term expiring December, 2010.
