Jack was born and raised in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Jack graduated from the University of Nebraska-College of Law in 2009, and returned to practice in his hometown in 2011 after practicing law in Omaha, NE with a boutique estate planning firm. His general practice of law includes, but is not limited to: Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate, Wealth Management, Business/Corporate formations, Business Contracts, and Real Estate Law. Jack advises individuals and families in structuring their estate and business succession planning, working diligently to ensure that all of the clients goals are met, while navigating through the often complex legal and personal issues that may arise during the process. Jack practices by the motto, “Treat each and every client as though they were family members seeking our services”, and he looks forward to helping the Siouxland community for many years to come.

 Jack is a member of the Nebraska and Iowa State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law sections of those associations, and is a member of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. Additionally, Jack serves as an elected member of the Nebraska House of Delegates, the governing body of the Nebraska State Bar Association. 

Jack and his wife, Ranee, have two children. He is an avid golfer and a fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and Nebraska Cornhuskers. As a Siouxland native, Jack continues to be passionate about our great community and in making it the best possible place to live, work, and raise a family.
